Place the jewelry in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
